Interior Program for a Cutting-edge Facility
3085 Harlem is a new multi-tenant medical facility that is proud to offer state of the art medical services and equipment to patients, visitors and staff. Because this is the first of three buildings in the complex, 3085 Harlem required a comprehensive and expandable signage program that would not only function in the high volume environment, but also support future growth.
About the Solution
ASI was responsible for the overall site-specific signage as well as providing and coordinating signage that would meet the specific needs of the five tenants who would occupy the space. Arched tops and wooden accents provide a clean contemporary look that complements the building’s architecture and finishes. Signage located in higher traffic areas portrayed a sophisticated look, while signage that was in the “back-of-the-house” was done in a more cost effective version.
ASI also provided matching exterior wayfinding signage to ensure that visitors to the facility could easily find their way immediately upon arriving on the campus. The exterior signage was designed so that the signs could easily be updated as the complex grows. Standard DOT signage was also customized to provide a unique look and further complement the building’s architecture.
The complete signage package, including design, manufacturing and installation, was completed on-time despite a short time frame for the opening of the building and the solution came in under budget despite numerous changes and revisions.
