Signing up New Seniors
Episcopal Communities and Services listened carefully to the retirement dreams of Southern Californians and turned those dreams into spectacular reality by developing a spacious 421,000 sq. ft. of 21st-century senior living. MonteCedro, the first new Life Plan continuing care retirement community to be built in the San Gabriel Valley, provides residential independent living apartments, assisted living and skilled nursing.
Client requested both interior and exterior signage that complements the architectural style of MonteCedro, which was inspired by early California Settlers, with influences from the Spanish Mission and Craftsmen style. In addition, adhering to a strict budget and timing plan was central to the client’s needs.
About the Solution
ASI planned, manufactured and installed the entire interior and exterior sign package, saving the client both time and money. The resultant signage solution reflects the simple elegance of early California, greeting residents and their guests with natural bronze finish dimensional lettering, and—upon entering—with custom signage for all common areas, complemented by ASI’s accessible Infinity™ signage for residence rooms that can be updated onsite by MonteCedro staff.
